Creamy Cabbage Coleslaw

I tried to mimic a store-bought dressing since it was good.

If cider vinegar is not available, regular vinegar will do.

The dressing blends well with the cabbage and becomes creamy. Recipe by 916banana

4 leaves Cabbage
4 tbsp Whole kernel corn

For the dressing

4 tbsp Mayonnaise
2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar (or regular vinegar)
1 tbsp Lemon juice
4 tbsp Vegetable oil
1 tbsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
1 pinch Pepper


Combine all the ingredients for the dressing in a bowl and mix well.

Wash the cabbage leaves and remove the stems.
※Use the stems in soups.

Shred the cabbage finely.

In the bowl, add the cabbage and corn and toss to combine.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the flavor to blend, then serve.
